Responsibilities will include: maintaining financial records for all aspects of the business, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit cards, budgeting and bank reconciliations. Close communication with the accounting department manager and team members. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as the ability to communicate clearly with staff, owners, vendors and clients. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with accounting principles, database management, common office productivity software.
